45" Dusenbery 635-BF

45” wide Dusenbery model 635-BF, with a 1-1/2HP DC motor and drive powered by 240V single phase. 18” rewind diameter. 3" aluminum rewind mandrels for core spacer differential tension control. Has 4 zone tension control for running up to four different slit widths at the same time. This 635 is equipped for wrap shear cutting with shaft mounted male knives (can be changed to razor slitting). Pull rolls and idlers are wrapped with waffle rubber lagging. 30” integral unwind with manual edge guiding. 3” unwind shaft, a shaft with 6” chucks is available at an extra cost.
